At PSSG, I lead technical development for Cintra People HR. I set the technical direction for the work, guide the team through delivery and stay hands-on with development. I’m modernising the interface and exploring where AI can make the product more useful.
At Capture Expense, one of the UK’s leading AI-powered expense platforms, I led development through the startup phase and helped grow the business to seven figures. My work stretched across client conversations, the roadmap, product direction and delivery: understanding what people needed, shaping the solution and building it.
At Audit Partnership, I built data-heavy software used to audit millions of financial records, including accounts payable and receivable data, for major UK and US businesses. I led sprints, guided and mentored developers, and contributed to technical interviews.
With Webur, I ran a freelance design and development partnership, working directly with clients to turn their ideas into branding, websites and software.
